3. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to our SMS program (through our website form, a booking form, an intake or consent form, in person, or any other method), you consent to receive text messages from Eden Aesthetics & Wellness related to your care and our services. Message types may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling messages, customer care, intake and consent form links, and — if you have opted in — promotional offers and program updates.

No mobile information — including your mobile phone number, your opt-in to SMS, and your consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:
With service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (scheduling, payments, SMS delivery, EHR, etc.) and who are bound to protect your information
With your healthcare providers or other parties you authorize

To protect the rights, safety, or property of Eden, our patients, or others
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purpose.
5. Protected Health Information (PHI)
If we collect protected health information (PHI) from you as part of providing healthcare services, that information is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
